What is the typical shipping time for a new bicycle?
Most orders are processed within 24 hours. Depending on your location, standard shipping takes 3-7 business days, while express options are available at checkout.
Do the bikes arrive fully assembled?
To ensure safe transit, bikes are shipped 85% assembled. You will need to install the front wheel, handlebars, pedals, and saddle. A toolkit and step-by-step guide are included in every box.
What is your return policy for cycling gear?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all unused gear and apparel in its original packaging. Please note that for safety reasons, helmets must be returned with all tags and seals intact.
Do Bici frames come with a warranty?
Yes, all Bici frames come with a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. Components such as drivetrains and brakes are covered by their respective manufacturer warranties for 2 years.
Can I track my order in real-time?
Absolutely. Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to monitor your delivery progress.
